Our facility offers a respectful, engaging and eye-opening experience. In order to achieve our goals, we have set up a list of rules and guidelines mandatory for each and every attendant.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Safety & Respect
You and your dog's safety is our priority!

Dogs must on leash at ALL times.

Always give a safe distance between dogs.

One K9 per leash, per handler.
*If you have more than one dog, ask the staff if there is availability to accommodate them in one of our
video monitored kennels.
**space availability is limited and not guaranteed.

No verbal and/or physical abuse of any kind will be tolerated toward K9, staff and/or guests.

No drama, No BS! This is a neutral space. Please keep the bad vibes outside!
We respect everyone no matter what. When in our facility, please do the same.

If something is making you uncomfortable, don't hesitate to let us know so we can assist.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave without any compensation should our policy be infringed upon.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Consistency is key
You are free to schedule your own course load within four months of your original starting date.
Programs generally take seven weeks to fully complete.
For best results, we encourage you to book your classes consecutively as this will optimize knowledge and skills.

REFUND POLICY
What You Should Know
All courses, classes, seminars, events, clubs and/or any other activities provided by BP Athletics and its affiliates
are non-refundable once commenced.
A 50% cancellation fee may apply if any of the above mentioned are cancelled before the start day.
